Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns
Shipping
Packages are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. They are shipped via Mondial Relay, Post, or DHL with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Please note that for customers residing outside of the EU, local customs duties may apply according to the regulations of your country. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If your order isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. The terms of this policy will govern all returns, regardless of any other manufacturer terms that may be printed, or provided, inside your delivery package. Currently, we only accept 14 day returns from European Union countries.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size of the same model, please follow the return procedure for your delivered order and add a comment specifying the size you wish to receive. This exchange is subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and no return label is provided. Once we have received and approved your return, we will ship the shoes in the requested size free of charge, provided they are available.
If you don’t have an account, please email us at contact@letzbarefoot.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you’d like to make. A customer account will then be created to help track your request. This account can be deleted at any time upon simple request. Once you receive our confirmation, kindly send the product back along with a copy of your invoice, and please don’t forget to email us the tracking number.
If you have received a defective product, please contact us via email, providing details of the defect along with photos. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
Returns Process
If you want to return your order, please follow these steps:
1) Access the "Orders history" section of your account. If you don’t have an account, please email us at contact@letzbarefoot.com with your order number and details of the return and proceed directly to step 7 below. A customer account will then be created to help track your request. This account can be deleted at any time upon simple request.
2) Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details".
3) Select the specific product(s) that you want to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
4) Add the quantity that needs to be returned (in case more than one product need to be returned).
5) In the "Merchandise return" section, add an explanation, in order for us to better understand why you want to return the product.
6) Click on "Request a return".
7) Once you have completed the return request process above, please send the product back to us with a copy of your invoice (if available).
Please do not send us the product(s) without first completing the steps above. Failure to follow this process will result in delays and may result in the refund being refused.

Help us protect the environment!
Please pack the product box in the original packaging in which you received your order or use the most environmentally friendly alternative like wrapping paper, reusable shopping bag etc. Proper packaging prevents the box from damage and will enable us to reuse it.
Provided that all the above return conditions are met, you can expect a full refund within 14 days from the day we receive your package.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail.
