In recent years, I have also focused on foot health, as I found it to be a neglected topic in the fitness world. This subject complements what I was already doing because feet are the foundation for good posture and biomechanics.

I have completed the GUIDE certifications from The Foot Collective and BAREFOOT MOVEMENT COACH from Vivobarefoot, and I collaborate with other experts to promote foot health and general well-being. My goal is to help everyone achieve strong and healthy feet by adopting simple and effective practices in their daily routines.
